The nationwide real estate fund and asset manager Verifort Capital is taking over the property management for the KOROS office complex in Mannheim. After taking over the overall asset and property management for properties of the former Verianos Group in mid-January, Verifort Capital is thus further expanding its portfolio of mandates for customized real estate services.
Built in 1977, KOROS was last extensively renovated in 2022 and offers more than 18,000 m² of office and terrace space on six floors. Current tenants include the IT system house Bechtle GmbH & Co KG and the biotech company Affimed GmbH.

The new mandate in Mannheim is another important building block in our growth strategy,” says Frank M.
