Asset manager Verifort Capital has acquired a light industrial property in Böblingen, Baden-Württemberg, for its existing funds “Verifort Capital III” and “Verifort Capital IX”. The seller and Verifort Capital have agreed not to disclose the transaction volume. The consulting firm Lübke Kelber brokered the transaction.
Built in 2004, the building has around 7,220 m² of office and hall space on five floors and an underground parking garage in the basement. The property is currently used by several tenants, including a company from the automotive industry and the technical building equipment sector.
Thanks to its convenient location in a commercial area directly on the A81 freeway, the property offers an attractive commercial location in the economically strong Stuttgart region.
“We see very good potential for value appreciation in this property, which is why the decision to purchase it was very easy for us,” says Frank M. Huber, CEO of Verifort Capital. “With our own asset management team, we have the necessary experience and expertise in-house to develop such portfolio properties efficiently and sustainably through customized ESG measures.”
