Frank M. Huber
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Frank M. Huber has been Chief Executive Officer of the Verifort Capital Group since May 2018 and is therefore responsible for corporate strategy, market positioning and product development.
The business graduate holds a degree in economics and social sciences from the University of Augsburg. Before joining Verifort Capital, he was Managing Director of the BGP Group and CEO of various large listed and private real estate companies.
Frank Baier
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Frank Baier has been Chief Financial Officer of the Verifort Capital Group since June 2024 and is responsible for accounting, investor accounting, controlling, financing and corporate IT.
With over 20 years of experience in finance and real estate, he brings extensive expertise to Verifort Capital. He was previously a member of the Management Board of Fundamenta Group Deutschland AG. He began his professional career in auditing, including at Ernst & Young.
Benjamin Schreiber
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
As Chief Operating Officer at Verifort Capital since October 2024, Benjamin Schreiber is responsible for the areas of asset, property and construction management as well as transaction management, which he had previously led as Head of Transactions since 2019.
After completing his bachelor’s and master’s degree in real estate management, he initially worked for ten years in a managerial role in the investment division of Swiss Life subsidiary CORPUS SIREO Real Estate.
Alexander Klein
Managing Director Sales
Alexander Klein joined the Verifort Capital team in January 2023 as Managing Director of Verifort Captial Distribution GmbH.
He joined the Project Immobilien Group in 2018 as Managing Director of Project Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH, where he was responsible for sales and marketing. Prior to that, Klein worked in management positions for various companies in the real estate sector, including Hesse Newman Capital AG.
